"This store is a joke I wood not get a thing from them we ordered a bed for a family member with cancer and was told it wood be in and 30 days latter it never even came in so the store canceled the order and never told us. What a joke of a store and I will be spreading the word"

"Very unprofessional doesn’t return calls like the say I ordered a sectional three weeks ago said they ordered it from Bangor store what a joke I called Bangor they haven’t had sectional for months ok first lie I was so upset I called Lewiston they ordered it as we was talking comes Wednesday and they are delivering it next Saturday..I could of had it 2 weeks ago....I have nothing but dislike for that store I wouldn’t take it now even if they sold it to me for$10.00 alberta"

"Went into the store to get a new bed set today and we asked the woman about availability and rather than trying to help us find something when we asked what they have available she kept saying " I don't know look online" It is your job as an employee to help someone find the items they need. Don't ask to help us then say "look online" Help us by saying "I'm not sure let's see what we can order rather than having us do all the leg work. We came in to buy an item and get advice and assistance. Not to be told that you don't know what you have available and that we should look online. After 2 times of trying to get you to assist we finally walked out and said we would go to rent a center to which you replied "good luck they aren't open on Wednesday's" snarky women with a rude attitude who was extremely unprofessional and unwilling to help. We will take our business elsewhere"

"No point in commenting on the prices. It's pretty straight forward and standard for a leasing company. I got what I wanted. The delivery was excellent. Guys were professional and knowledgeable. They knew what they were doing. Got my refrigerator in without issue or damage in short time."
