"I will admit that my pet peeve is bad customer service, Tractor Supply in Skowhegan didn’t disappoint yesterday…first the manager got into a “discussion” with an employee about who was going to go outside and help me load the snow-thrower I had just purchased. It wasn’t going to be “she” for whatever reason as she turned her back and walked off leaving the other employee to do it. This is not the first time I witnessed the manager being rude or lazy. Apparently T-S isn’t to careful who they hire to represent their store and speaking of hiring; apparently Tabetha isn’t to picky about who she hires…the snow-thrower I purchased was put together wrong and would not run. I found this out after I got it home, filled it with gas and started it. It was stuck in the 6th speed, obviously put together that way because the wires on the right hand throttle were crossed and put on backwards-the same thing with the left lever, 2 wires crossed and put in opposite that they are suppose to be resulting in not being able to squeeze either throttle. Luckily I have a knowledgeable neighbor who fixed my brand new snow thrower for me. I will not be spending any more money at the Skowhegan store."

"I come here often for cat food and pine bedding. They always have what I need. They sell pellet pine bedding which is so much cheaper than buying cat litter and helps keep my cats away from breathing in litter dust. I have a cat who has immunity issues and this stuff does the trick. The staff here are very nice and helpful and overall the store has everything I need for my pets and then some. Excellent store."

"I stopped in here to get some pet food and they had exactly what we needed for both dogs and cats. They have the hill science diet for special needs diets as well. We were happy with the parking and the customer service at this location. 07/04/2023"

"A mix of a hardware store, animal supply store, and home improvement. Prices aren't the best, but often the quality is higher, so it works out. As you can see from the photos, there's something for every bachelor party.. Is also nice that they have "Preventive Vet Clinics" a few times a month. Makes it easier to get vacs for pets."
