"Fact is, most new England BBQ can't hold a candle to the south. This is not that. Buck's has delicious food, great sauces, tender and well seasoned meat, and delicious cocktails. The Fooze drinks are a fun novelty, and tasty. Every server we've had has been friendly and attentive. And the play house area for kids is so great!!"

"My first time here despite having driven by many times over the years. My daughter told me the food was good so I thought I had to check it out. She was right, I had the pulled pork sandwich for lunch with fries and it was excellent. The service was very quick and I was stunned to watch the bartender work her magic. This young lady is a real professional, so efficient in her movements and friendly and her engagement with customers. I just had to compliment her on her techniques because she is a wonder."

"Stopped here on our way to the LLBean store and it was pretty good!! The pickle fries are the BEST part. I ordered the put chicken with coleslaw and a baked potato, all of it was pretty solid. The blueberry BBQ sauce is the best one. Our server was nice and the music was good!"

"We were a party of 4 adults and ordered the Q for Fam, and added a medium salad just for some greens. There was SO MUCH FOOD! Not just sides, but more meat than we could eat! And it was good food! Make sure you try the Blueberry Haze BBQ Sauce. Best BBQ this side of Memphis."

"Really Gooooood BBQ!! Rather than comparing it with BBQ from another state, I'll just say that it was fantastic!! Great flavors, meats were very tender (fall off the bone) and juicy. The baked beans were excellent!! And the corn bread was heavenly!! We were greeted with excellent hospitality. Our service was prompt and courteous. All the food we ordered was very well presented. And Yes, it was worth the money I paid for and more. If you're looking for that Pit style BBQ in Maine Bucks is where its at."
