"GO TRY THE KAKIGORI WHILE IT'S STILL IN SEASON. It's $8 for a tall bowl of super refreshing and tasty shaved ice. The flavor was strong yet still somehow light -- an experience you have to go taste for yourself. The food court food was also delicious. I got a curry with tonkatsu for about $14 and it filled me up. The pork was fried delicately and the curry felt home cooked. Keep in mind that Maruichi is mostly self serve -- you order at the cashier and pick up your food at a counter. There are no waiters/waitresses to clean up after you. There are lots of seats available and even the option to sit on the floor with your shoes off."
"I cannot say more about this place. The atmosphere, the location, the food, the drinks, the timing it comes out. All a 10/10. If you are looking for a refreshing, light but filling meal. Come to Maruichi. I get the regular hand rolls (3 each for $4). Comes around to 11 dollars. Everything is absolutely incredible. I’ve also gotten the oyakodon. Gone in 3 minutes. A great entree to get with your hand rolls! My sisters and I come here for lunch, dinner and whenever we can sneak in to treat ourselves. Interested in trying more at this restaurant. Most Definitely check this place out. Right in Coolidge Corner! ☺️✨"
