"I’m literally posting this from the parking lot I went in Snipes in Roslindale today looked at several pair of sneakers at 5pm Sunday and it wasn’t too busy at all but yet after over 15 mins of being in there not one person (beyond the employee that greeted me after I initially walked in) offered to help me even after I sat down took the sneakers and boots that I had picked and no one still did not came over to help. One employee was sweeping and the others were just focused on the presentation of folding clothes. I just walked out…maybe they only run over when they see larger/younger crowds but don’t you sell sneakers isn’t that the primary revenue??? Talk about bad customer service how about no customer service a waste of my gas and my time I guess I’ll head to the mall I might have to pay more at Foot Locker but I can bet they’ll cater to me full store and all!!!!"
