"The room was comfortable, the service was good. The location couldn't be beat It was private, but it was close to the shore. But three words made it awesome: "outdoor hot tub." Amazing! I would go again today if I could."

"Great location, very peaceful... we have stayed several times over the past few years, and they are always pleasant. The pools and hot tubs are great, but the rooms need updating. The room we had smelled mildewy, and the toilet seat was coming off, the fridge /freezer needed defrosting, we had a hard time getting leftovers in."

"Staff was very friendly. Hotel was nice, a little outdated, kind of 80 vibes, but good affordable stay to sleep while you go ti Kennebunkport and nearby beaches. They have an outdoor pool, indoor pool and jacuzzi if you come early one day and want to continue the fun. Simple breakfast included, nice to start the day, boiled eggs, bagels, cereal, yogurt and some fruits. Coffee and juice. Pretty good. Will be back"

"The room was clean enough but the pillows and mattress were not comfortable at all. Katie at the front desk was very sweet and helpful but then we didn't really interact with anyone else who worked there the rest of the time. The included breakfast was absolutely terrible, and it was obvious the bagels were defrosted improperly because they were soggy. We also had an issue with the billing, were told we would receive a call from the manager, and haven't heard anything yet after 3 days. Great location but there are a lot of improvements that can be made for a better experience"
