Our local bike shop (not Farina's) had it in stock, but after visiting twice and experiencing rude customer service both times, we went hunting for another bike shop that might have the same bike in stock. We discovered Farina's and, despite them being an hour away, we called to confirm the bike was available. The phone call was extremely helpful, warm, welcoming, etc. A couple days later we drove to Watertown (from Beverly) and the entire experience was perfect; friendly staff, quick turn-around, etc. Despite the distance, I'm strongly considering giving Farina's *all* of my future bike-related business."
