"I have been buying my vapes here for months. In this time I have noticed that the staff is very polite and kind. And I very much enjoy them. I will say. 8 disposable vapes… 3 crave and 5 novo have been faulty and dead within 10 hours OR have leaked significantly. Now, I keep them upright and I don’t pull on them too hard or too consistently. When I bring it to the attention of the shop, they say no exchanges or returns. You sell a product, we pay a premium on it. Which is your profit. (I can and will drive to New Hampshire to pay next to nothing for the same ones) if the product you sell is faulty. Then my receipt and the product should be eligible for an exchange and you can be compensated by the manufacturer. It isn’t right. Fix it. I’ve spent over 1,500 here since January."
