"We were told we needed brakes, rotors, AND calipers. First off, I could not afford that immediately, so I decided to wait til my next pay day. Also I questioned the calipers. Then we found out we needed an emergency trip to Boston in two days. So I started calling other places. P&C were the only ones that said they would squeeze us in. One gentleman worked through his lunch for us. NO calipers needed, as suspected. Thank you P&C. You just gained lifetime customers!"

"I had a water pump done here for my car and they did a good job. The price was around what other garages would have done it for so I tried them out. I thought I would try them out again to have my hub assemble and wheel bearing with the lower ball joint done. Their price was almost 200 dollars higher than most garages and didn't include an alignment which most of the garages I had talk to said it should be done since you are replacing these parts and included it in their quote. I felt like they were trying to swindle me and hopped I was naive and wouldn't question it and seemed to get mad that I did. They told me the part was around 500 dollars and that's because it has a good warranty. Sullivans it was 350 with 2 year 24000 mile warranty. Totally trying to up the price on the part. I would not reccomend these people to do work on your car and i would shop around or you can pay them more to do the work that you could save yourself money by going somewhere else. Just plan horrible pricing."
