"They NEVER open on time. Even now it’s 9:36am and they’re locked and lights off when Google says they open at 9:30am. This happens every single time I want to drop by around opening hours. Terrible management, it seems. Not to mention, 2 out of every 5 vapes are duds. Even if you come back the very next day to exchange or get a refund, they will not give you one."
