"Worst customer service ever. The staff is the worst. I had to wait for about 10 mins so someone could open the dressing rooms for me and then had to wait again 10 mins or more so someone could get to the register machine. Staff was joking around and not assisting customers at all."
"They do not have sizes of jeans that fit plus size and women with considerably sized hips, thighs and buttocks. They only cater to small, skinny women. Disgraceful and not size "inclusive"."
"Girl was hounding me to join rewards program and was honestly giving me attitude about it. I was doing an exchange of an online order gift I received for a different size and this woman wouldn’t stop asking me to join rewards program. Everyone else was SUPER helpful! Had a wonderful conversation with another employee who was great. Need to add that because there were people working there that were nice and helped me out with exchanges. I politely said numerous times that I’m all set and don’t shop there enough for that. I love Hollister, but I genuinely don’t really shop there that much these days. She said “For the time it takes for me to do this exchange, you could just sign up for the rewards program.” But like so snarky and pushy. After that she said, “Just put your number in on the screen.” Again, politely I said “I’m all set. Thank you very much though!” It was one of those Wide-Eyed situations where you’re like uhhh why am I getting this kinda treatment? Did I do something to you? I dunno, it was just honestly rude. I declined FOUR times prior. It was an odd vibed experience for sure."
