"Customer service during sale was great, but once I brought the water pipe home, I noticed an imperfection in the glass making the perk on the water pipe useless. Wasn't given a choice of water testing the pipe during sale, otherwise I would have seen how poorly it performed. Tried to contact owners to get some resolution in the matter. Didn't even care to respond. $70 down the drain. You guys better step up your service or you'll loose a lot of customers."
