"I think it's the best cigar lounge in the area for me. It was even better when I went in and met someone from my hometown. The services perfect you feel like you've been knowing them for your whole entire life. Great facilities. Different areas that said even outside the biggest issue will will be parking with anything in the area. Parking is horrible. They have a couple spots that you can park out back if you have a small car to be even better. But again the staff is great. Is a guy there named Tony Bernini. He's excellent. He's really really nice. He might be the nicest guy in Providence on federal Hill so I suggested they do have a full bar. There's a $10 cutting fee or just buy a cigar. You will enjoy it! I"

"Great collection of cigars but more importantly very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Had a relaxed evening smoking a Feuntes and a Padron . Definitely calls for a repeat visit. Dominique and Robb are so knowledgeable, welcoming and it was a treat to listen them talk about and educate me on cigars"

"Located in a beautiful building on Federal Hill, Lou’s is one of the friendliest and best cigar lounges I’ve been to in New England. Very nice humidor with a good selection of well maintained fine cigars. Something for everyone here. 3 distinct seating areas, ranging from casual/pool table to upscale Mediterranean influence with full bar. The staff is warm, wonderful and welcoming. The patrons are generally friendly and diverse. Women are welcome and assisted to feel comfortable. People here in groups or by themselves. Definitely can have great conversations here.
