"Never have vinaigrette for salads. Don't let you know that when ordering online. Ordered a quesadilla for my 1 year old with black beans and rice, instead of black beans got spicy pinto beans."

"Regularly out of items. I think I’ve only been there one time and the guacamole has been green and not brown. have five people working on online orders in one person working for people in store. Tonight they had about 10 bags of chips left, but we’re saving them for people who ordered online. I was told if I wanted to I could order the bag of chips online and then pick them up as I stood at the cash register paying for my order."

"Been to this location a few times and each time they are out of veggies, sometimes salsas and tacos even at 6pm. The staff seemed preoccupied with their own conversations even when other people are waiting in line. Been to far better chipotle Mexican grill than this place. Go to Luchador tacos instead!"

"I'm not super super picky, but when the cleanliness of an establishment leaves me feeling nauseated, that's not a me issue. I couldn't find a clean surface. I had to ask for a table to be cleaned off, and there was still stuff stuck to it after he "cleaned" it, there was food on the floor, there was food on the counter around the soda machine and where the cutlery is kept, and then befind the counter is a nightmare. And they weren't understaffed (there was at least one guy standing around doing nothing) and it wasn't busy! It was super disgusting."

"We decided to give Chipotle the benefit of the doubt despite the reviews here and ordered online for delivery via GrubHub. What a waste of time and money. The portions were about half the size (or less) we’ve gotten from other Chipotles (both in Maine and around the country), ingredients were left off every item, and our food was unusually salty. The food had a LOT more (non-salty) flavor than the other recently-opened Tex-Mex spot in town, though, so I’ll give it one more shot in person. FWIW, our GH delivery person was prompt, courteous, and efficient—the one bright spot in this experience. Photo: a steak taco (mostly missing meat, entirely missing several other ingredients)"
