"I was in a car accident a couple weeks ago and my airbags didn't go off ( where and how hard my vehicle was hit, they should have) so I decided I did not want to get back in it even if it could be repaired. Sam was thoughtful and very helpful in choosing my next vehicle. He had even brought a car over to me after they closed on Saturday and told me all the details about it, not in a rush to get me out of there. We set up an appt to test drive for the next day. He got another vehicle ready for me while I was out test driving the first one. Extremely knowledgeable, personable and friendly. Customer service was top-notch. "(Sept 2023, Yet another problem arises, original review below) months later, the front tires are showing signs of an alignment problem. Devon told me I should have THEM do an alignment during installation to avoid these problems (which were not occurring prior to this). Wasted money on the alignment that is now ruining my tires. Way to go, guys. (Replying to owner's response. Original review below) You are correct, the tire sensor light was on when I brought the truck in, because the tire was low. I explained this to Devon twice. When I got there, I told Devon that I did not want the valve stem extensions put back on because they leaked. On the dash, the sensor indicated that the tire pressure on one tire was at 35 psi. An actual read of the pressure with a tire gauge confirmed this was true. But this indicates that the sensor WORKED. After I got it back from you, it no longer worked in the driver's side inner dual. I brought it to you with a working sensor, I left with a broken one. (original)8 1/2 hour wait to get an oil change and new tires installed. When I got it back, one of the TPMS sensors wasn’t registering. Was told it would recalibrate. After more than a week, I brought it back to them and they wanted to charge me $160 to replace the sensor. Devon told me the sensor went bad and that had nothing to do with them. They want me to believe that the sensor went dead at exactly the same time they worked on my tires, coincidentally, and it had nothing to do with them. They refused to do anything for me without me paying $160 Why did I ever stop using Portsmouth Ford?"

"Purchased a Bronco (for MASRP)from Bill Dube on 7/25. Walked in and met with Darryl, mentioned I had to be in and out in less than two and a half hours. The service was top notch from the entire team (Darryl, Ann, and Devin). They gave me a good price on my trade, swapped all my belongings in to the Bronco and had me out the door with financing in no time. Highly recommend!"
