"Ordered the 3 piece meal drive up board said it was $9.49 online said it was $9.49 . I had a $2.00 off coupon and the order came $10.03 . She said the price had changed and there was nothing she could do except tell her district manager when he came in."

"This is my fault, I told myself never again! 1. Didn't get exactly what my wife and I ordered, and it was old dried out. We didn't finish the meal! 2. The next day, I stopped at this KFC in Windham to explain my disappointment with the service and food and spoke with the assistant manager. It didn't end well. 3. I asked to speak with the assistant manager, and she? came to the window, It wasn't the blue or pink hair or the ring thru the noes, no, other than the sub-par food, what really discussed me was seeing the assistant manager coming to the food service window with a filthy sweat shirt on, I realized right then and there what's wrong with this location and why the food quality is so piss-poor. KFC hires people who don't have a care about themselves or their own personal hygiene. 4. When a customer pulls up to the drive thru, they are greeted with one nasty looking drive-thru window. You might think someone would clean it. 5. Final thoughts, KFC would do the greater lakes region area, and the people of Windham, in particularly a great service by shutting down this filth ridden Building that serves food the public! Ps I wish I had taken some photos. Pss and regarding my food, the assistant manager could have cared less."

"Came inside at 510pm on September 3. Stood there being ignored for 5 minutes before some koolaid hair worker came up and claimed the lobby is closed, drive thru only. No sign on the counter indicating this. Why is the door open if you're closed? Why didnt someone tell me sooner? And do they really think my fire engine will fit in the drive thru? So rude on your part Windham KFC. I left empty handed and will never come back. Thanks for nothing but a waste of my time. I will be calling corporate about my experience"

"Horrible! Will NEVER go back to this location! You tried to give your order and the person taking it is cutting you off saying "is that it?" He must not like his job. Get my order with NO UTENSILS to eat it with, no napkins, soda was wrong, and I ask for fries and get potatoes! KFC you need to teach your employees to pay attention and not rush customers and give them the wrong item's! Very unhappy customer!"
