The staff was amazing .., from the owner to everyone in the front of the house.., the quality of the work from the back of house was very impressive as well… Corey was great.. kept me updated and answered everything I asked.. dealt with both insurance and getting a rental for me.. made every aspect easy and great!! "I had a great first experience with Bill and Chloe and the crew at Reflections. My quote was speedy and right in line with the two other quotes I received for my bumper repair and painting. Bill was obviously very comfortable doing this work and knowledgable about what was needed to make an effective and long lasting repair. Chloe and the crew in the office answered every question I had along the way quickly and thoroughly via email. The work looks excellent and the paint appears to be a great match and blend on the bumper. I can't see any signs of the work they did. Overall I had an excellent experience with this professional team. Oh, and they completed the work a day earlier than promised! Bill & his team were able to fix my car completely with OEM parts, making it look as good as new.
