I don't know who said they didn't care about customers or thier questions because when I go in I'm clueless as to what I'm looking for and they always voice thier option on what is the best product for both lowest buck and higher. For instance, I went in looking for a dry herb pen and the was told the nest on the market and the best for how much I could afford as well as what each one did and they even went into detail to explain features. I actually got to take a closer look at a few which was pretty cool"
