"This place used to be my #1 go to for all my smoke needs butane great price awesome customer service friendly environment, I now wouldn't go in wild side smoke shop if it was the only place open I was bum rushed at the door asking what can I help you with , sorry but let me get in the damn door first second I was there to buy a smoke buddy an due to me being on the phone with my friend asking her opinion on which one I should get I was refused service unbelievable so from a 100% my go to down to a 1 % chance I'll ever go back.."
"So my bf sent me to wild side to get butane so I bring my ID and he refused me due to credit card when I am able to use it because my name didn’t match. I am definitely well over the age to buy butane. This is supposed to be convenient which it isn’t. this is not the first time I’ve been refused probably three so you definitely lose my service as well, it’s too bad because I like the stuff in your store but your people suck excuse me for saying so but when I get turned a way for butane which could be used for anything by the way that that did it I understand ID I get that but I’m allowed to use the card for purchase and he turned me away again, so I will be shopping elsewhere."
