"Prices are higher, even when owner tells you he’s giving you a deal. I used to go every week, even referred 3 people, b/c owner is nice & it was close. He sold my 86 year old grandfather, 2 disposable units (Viho & Hyde). One worked, the other worked in the store when my grandfather tried it, he took it home, but used the Turbo VIHO first. When he went to use the Hyde, it did not work. I tried it, there was absolutely no sweet flavor & the nicotine tasted burnt. I tried to charge it, but that did nothing. When I went back to the store I brought the Hyde unit with me to explain in the situation. Instead of replacing the unit for a measly $20, the owner told me I would have had to make a phone call that day, seeing as it seemed to work in the store. I don’t see how my grandfather could have known that same day, when he was using the other unit, along with his non-disposable vape unit. I made a purchase to replace my grandfather’s defected unit, as it was not worth the fight or hassle, but I will not be going there again. There are too many of these places in a mile radius of this place with comparable or cheaper prices to deal with hassles such as this. I would no longer recommend due to poor customer satisfaction."
