"I am typically a huge supporter and frequenter of local businesses, and our family has done quite a bit of business with this location for years under the prior owner. I'm sorry to say I can no longer in good conscience recommend them, nor would I ever return. We had a horrible experience with a vehicle repair, but it pales in comparison to the experience one of our adult kids had with a vehicle purchase. They knowingly sold her a car with a part they knew had a problem but told us they didn't think was a big deal-then proceeded to try to charge her for the part when it became a problem within a week of purchase. They were also dishonest with her about how long the car had been on the lot and when it had actually been inspected last (which we discovered when we procurred the vehicle records). Then came the adventure with her engine. There's no way they didn't know the engine had an issue-yet they also knew that York County does not require the engine issue to come under the warranty and exploited that to try to stick her with the repair. The owner also called my child into his office to intimidate her over a customer service review they sent her after the second visit over the engine light. Ultimately we had the issue repaired by a different mechanic entirely (in total spending almost $2K in repairs on a car she had owned less than 2 months). I would highly recommend avoiding this business at all costs and instead take your business to any of the several other small businesses in the area who provide the same service with far more integrity."

"Didn’t tell me about the oil leak I had thankfully I worked on cars and can diag myself. Passed my car for a state inspection with a bad front control arm bushing and bad rear wheel bearings. They definitely picks and choose the work they do. Be careful going here I know of a friend that they had to buy his car! If that says anything…"

"Beware! We brought our car in for a strut change and the pricing was reasonable, but you get less than what you pay for. We supplied OEM parts and ended up with non-OEM hardware and this mess. If they said that they could not do the work to ASE standards, I would have taken it to somewhere else. Wish 0 stars was an option."

"Dave and his team are amazing. Went out of their way for me on my imported Hilux. 5 stars all around. Easy to work with, good communication, prices, fair and amazing with everything. Will be using them always."
