"So I’ll start by saying, I live in NY and while I was in RI on vacation visiting some friends a few months back, we found our way into this shop and I have to say I absolutely loved it! The place was stocked so neatly and made it soooo super easy to find what I was looking for ! Most times I go into places and it takes me 5-7 business days just to seek out what I’ve gone in for lol! …but due to how well the staff member —(hmm, I think her name was karin?) was expertly organizing the shelves, and how sweetly she greeted us it made my experience that much better ! She was super kind and helpful and seemed to really know exactly how to help me! She was right there to answer any question I had and I could tell she really loved what she did! I will definitely be back next time I visit and hope to see her there when I do! Good help is hard to find and I genuinely believe the manager there must know what they’re doing to have someone so awesome working their shop! It’s the simple things like kindness and a smile that makes a world of difference as a consumer. :)"

"I love this store. But I went there yesterday and bought one of those uni pro from yocan vape pen. I love the item but once I open my box at home everything worked fine until it was time to push the button on the side up and down. It was getting jammed and hard to push. I was going to return it but unfortunately I was never giving a receipt. Is there any way I can swap mines for another one ? Thank you"
