"This business is a scam. Do NOT give your business to Khouri or this business. He takes your money and runs without finishing the project. He took our initial payment and broke down our kitchen and bathroom and then abandoned the job. Stopped responding and simply said he would not be proceeding with the work. I hope that some strong recourse is taken against this man, because no one should be doing business with him. He’s dishonest, basically a con artist. This company is a new one that Khouri has opened because his last one “Bay State Property Services,” which is the company through which we entered into a contract with him for our kitchen and bathroom renovation — I believe he may have shut down that company or stopped using it due to the numerous complaints filed under that business name."

"We used Daluja and Khouri to rebuild our third floor deck. What started as a simple "there is some rot" project, turned into a rebuild of the sidewalls. We paid in full and, a year later, are still waiting for the very expensive deck boards to be delivered and installed. Khouri promised the work would be done a number of time (in writing) and he turned out to be non-responsive and did not do the work. He took our money and never finished the job. Did the same with our neighbor. Khouri is a dishonest businessman and shouldn't be allowed to do this work. Stay away!"

"Daluja Property Services responded to my message well within 24 hours, we immediately set up a day and time for a kitchen faucet removal/installation as well as getting the tile replaced in my half bath and he gave me a price quote. He came on time and even removed his shoes without my asking. Khouri had all the tools he needed and the project was completed within the estimated time. He did a great job and he did not make a mess. It cost exactly what he said it would. In addition to everything, Khouri couldn't be a nicer guy, just a pleasure to talk to!
