"At least twice I've bought products at this store and they do not work. Seemingly, many of the items have been sitting for ages. The buttons fell of the vape pen within a month (I think this happened twice, the first one I had bought lasted over a year. While it was the same brand, the manufacturer had changed and it was very cheaply made) and a $8 butane lighter didn't work after 1 day~!!! Go somewhere else"

"So today, I walked into Jays smoke shop. I was having the worst night because my rig broke and I couldn’t find anything to fix it with. I walked in and bought the piece that I thought would work. I went home and found out that it didn’t fit my piece. I go back and Tom, the man behind the counter treated me with the upmost respect and helped me acquire a new piece...I am beyond thankful and I can’t wait to try it later! He was beyond considerate to my needs as a customer, and I am sure to come back."
