"I got a good cigar at this location but the kid that was selling cigars had no knowledge about them, nobody wants to go to a manly cigar shop to be attended to a kid that knows more about video games than what he is offering. Training can be used here. I also asked him to find out if I was able to order a box of very rare davidoff for me +$400 nobody ever called me, they lost the sale because there's no follow up with clients, beautiful store but management hmmm not very well."
