"Prior to my service, I requested that they ensure that my tires were filled, which is included in every oil change. As I was leaving, after I paid, they realized that they did not do that. When I requested that they double check that they completed the list of items that is guaranteed as part of the service, and was marked as completed on my receipt, Zach interrupted me, had an increasingly angry tone and volume, and accused me of scolding and yelling at him. I am disappointed in the declining level of service I have received and the increased pricing since grease monkey has taken over."

Caleb is extremely personable, accommodating and highly competent. I forget the name of the great gentleman who did my last two oil changes, but he was amazing as well.
