"I am handicapped and in a wheelchair. I was Moving and needed handyman to help install handicap rails, etc. He agreed to show up on a certain date but then ignored my messges until I gave him a poor review on Thumbtack. He called immediately upset with my review. After I agreed to remove my bad review and updated it to 5 stars he again agreed to show up on a certain date not realizing that he kept the 5 star review but then blocked me and he would not respond to me and I was left without a handyman when I moved. What he did was mean and unprofessional and I just can’t believe he would do this to a handicapped person. He took advantage of my good faith and desperate situation. Shame on him."
