"Purchase wasn't too bad. But DO NOT use this place for repairs or inspections. Service department is one of those that will try to scam you out of as much money as possible. Bought the vehicle and a few months later needed an inspection and they said we had bad breaks and a few other issues. So either they're scamming to get money, or they sold us a vehicle knowing that it had these issues. Either way, I do not feel comfortable using them. Be careful."

"Received attached letter from the dealership’s general manager in the mail, called to inquire and gave them my year, make and model as well as the VIN and what I was seeking to be paid for my car and was told they couldn’t give an exact estimate over the phone which I completely understand as they need to see the car. When I went to the dealership the number I was given for my car was below the lowest end of KBB and the reasoning I was given was they would auction it as the dealer only sells cars 1 year newer than mine on the lot. The part I’m highly upset about is the excuse was attributed to the salesperson I spoke to over the phone lack of experience as she was new to why stating she was unaware of the policy to wholesale 2017 and older vehicles, however the dealership used my file containing my cars VIN, year, make and model from a previous service I had done at the dealership to identify me to send the letter from the general manager in the first place. Overall just feels like a bait and switch situation."
