"This place is a joke!! Don does not know how to do business and is shady! Came in for a couple recalls on my truck and not even 10 minutes after driving I stall out in the middle of an intersection. Have had the truck for over a year now and never once was a problem! Finally got the truck to run and immediately brought it to Toyota. They had it over night and now saying there’s many issues and “there’s nothing more they can do unless I want to pay for service.” They’re going to stand on that it was all coincidence that 5 minutes after leaving there shop it died in the middle of an intersection for the FIRST time ever. If that’s how you wanna run your business you shouldn’t have one! They will scam you any chance they get and they DONT CARE! Again DON needs to learn how to speak with costumers. Toyota thinks it’s professional to argue with a costumer in the waiting room? Extremely disappointing. Will never do business at this location again."
