"I do not like writing negative reviews about a business, especially one here on the Cape, but our experience with the Bike Zone in Yarmouth has been mostly bad. They pick up the phone about 50% of the time and sometimes return messages. Staffing is an issue for all businesses, but it only take a few minutes to return a call. I guess if you want to buy a bike with no expectation for support or service they are a good choice, but if you want a bit more than the transaction, you might want to look elsewhere."

"Exceptional customer service. We came into the bike shop needing some help with bike fit. They patiently showed us different options and ended up selling us an adjustable bike stem which they installed at no extra cost. I felt they were more customer than profit focused. For example, I asked about buying new tires, and they advised that the ones I had were actually ideal for what I was riding. This is what a local bike shop should be like. I will likely stop by again when I am in the area for advice or more bike parts."
