"One of the circuits in my house had an issue due to mice chewing one of the wires. The circuit went to my fridge. I discovered the issue on a Saturday afternoon. Michael picked up my call right away and was here within an hour. He lent me a heavy duty cord, as he had to come back to get into the wall after a thorough test of easier options. He came back today, and the issue is safely resolved. He kept me apprised of all his steps and made it as easy to understand as possible.
