"The sales person I worked with was Austin. He got me into the payment range I wanted and worked on my trade-in price and vehicle price for me the entire time. We did mostly everything through text, which was convenient for me, until the actual documents needed to be signed. I got a great Super Duty with a nice V Plow for below average market price by about $6,000. Fast forward 11 days, I contacted Austin because I noticed my wiper blades were terrible. He got back to me and said there was still a work order that wasn’t finished. I believe Matt was the guy in charge of that area and they took my truck in and did over $3,300 worth of work at no cost to me. Ive never had any car dealer do that for me. I highly recommend Yankee Ford and I will be back within 3-4 years to make another purchase."

"On January 3, I had a scheduled service visit for my 2019 Ranger with 48,000 miles to check brakes and do a Maine state inspection. The service started promptly at the scheduled time, and ended earlier than expected when the service rep informed me that my brakes were good for at least another 10,000 miles with 8 mm remaining on the pads and rotors in good condition. The inspection was satisfactory and an updated sticker was installed. Overall this was the best experience I have had at Yankee Ford."
