Dr. Coffin saw us the same day, diagnosed the issue as a non-issue, and did not charge us for reading and interpreting the code. If I lived around here, I would bring my car to them for service."

"Seems like an OK garage, market labor rates, etc. But we were told that to pass inspection, we'd need rear brakes replaced. A few weeks later we had rear brakes done at DR Coffin and they said we also needed new front brakes to pass. I'm unclear why they didn't notice or mention that the first time, but fine...so we made another appointment weeks out. I arrived for an 11am appointment today, and at 1pm the car still isn't in the garage bay. Mangles my entire afternoon, etc. Why would a business make appointments weeks in advance, if they can't even vaguely honor them? We will not be coming back here."
