Cucumbers were small-chopped (yummy & subtle), the red cabbage had excellent flavor & hummus was spread perfectly. Happily added all 3 sauces offered on the countertop. Pita bread OUT OF THIS WORLD. "Excellent! Consistently Delicious Falafel sandwich served with a smile every time. Dahab is making some of the best falafel I've ever had. Asi is clearly passionate about his business and it shows. Go ahead and squeeze each of those three sauces on to your falafel sandwich and enjoy. It's refreshing to have food that feels like the final product of years of recipe tweaking to get just right. It's far-and-away my favorite fare at Tideline Public House, some of the other restaurants are good but Dahab is honestly something really special."
