"Let me start off with the food has always tasted great. But, multiple times my order has been messed up and the last time will be the final time. I ordered a meatball sub with mushrooms and no bread in a container and also a chicken finger dinner (basket of tenders and fries) with BBQ on the side. By the time I got the food one of my buddies had already eaten his sub when he ordered at the same time. So the order took 40 minutes to get my food and when I did I got a meatball sub in a sub roll and they gave me a chicken tender sub. They didn’t get one thing correct and all I got was their typical response “sorry”. On top of that the third guy that was with me they completely forgot to make his order after 40 minutes of waiting. Something needs to change."
"I don't recommend the meatball and cheese. At $15 for a sub I expected something better than a gas station sandwich. Sadly I was wrong. First and last visit so maybe they have better options but imo if you're looking for a meatball sub look elsewhere."
"Most of times we've eaten here it's been really good, but this time my our pizzas were a little burnt and mine was barely warm. I hate to complain about a restaurant that I like to eat at, but when I asked for extra mushrooms, I got maybe eight or so total. I no money is tight but mushrooms aren't that expensive."
"Let me tell you that Huck’s makes great sandwiches and subs. But DO NOT sleep on their pizza! Holy moly. It is GOOD. The crust is so delicious and simple and perfect… the toppings are high quality and well portioned. I love their food but I’m obsessed with their pizza."
"Provided us with cold fries. Requested new ones. They refried the same ones. After which, the nasty lady with red, long hair snapped at me, “ma’am, it’s going to take 15 minutes for new fries.” Wow, great customer service! Then the young gentleman brought me my nicely refried French fries within one minute of my returning them. I’m shocked at the nasty service as well as reusing French fries I had already had at my table. That’s got to be against some health code. Absolutely disgusting as well as just an awful human being. She treated me badly as a customer as well as the young counter person that was working with her. When he went to her with my complaint about the fries, she got all red in the face and snapped, “Do I look like the fry person?” Nasty, nasty human being."
