"Prices went up, quality went down. Boneless wings??? breaded rocks that were obviously over microwaved..Loud and annoying waitress(with curly blonde hair). Kept forgetting items we asked for, got salad dressings mixed up , slow service. Don’t waste your time or money."
"The service me and my family received from this establishment tonight was absolutely terrible. When us 5 people were seated we were told “sorry the tables a little broken” now I didn't think much of it because I thought it was because the table was wobbly and wasn’t too bothered by it. But after ordering our drinks and food my 78 year old grandmother informed us that the hostess was actually referring to the broken booth that 2 children under 10 and a 78 year old woman was expected to climb into, to sit. So when we found out that this senior woman who can barely walk as it is was expected to sit at an angle to support herself in a booth, we tried to get the attention of our waitress who even said herself when she saw us at this table “oh I don’t know why they would seat you here” we were ignored after calling ma’am at a voice higher than an indoor voice, while the people at the table right access from us who our waitress was serving heard us because they reacted to us so it’s unlikely our waitress couldn’t hear us from 10 feet away. So my mother decided to go straight to the host stand and she was polite and simply asked if she could move us to a new table because first of all it was a giant table there was 3 grown ups and 2 small children and we were all so spaced it didn’t even feel like we were at a table together and secondly it was dangerous, my grandmother felt like she was slipping right off the seat. Where the hostess then got all smiley and treated my mother like a joke and continually giggled throughout the whole situation and asked my mother “ what she wanted to do with us” as if we’re were a mess in the middle of the floor and not paying customers who had been completely nice and polite up until this point, where my mother started to get annoyed and said she wanted to talk to a manager to get this sorted out. When her manager came out he wasn’t very apologetic, didn’t even go over to the table to make sure my grandmother was okay and to say sorry about the situation he just simply said “oh well the hostess must not have known the table was broken” as if she didn’t tell us from the beginning it was. In the pictures you can clearly see the booth is slanted and it was only worse when a full grown woman was sitting on it. So while my mother was speaking to them I was helping my grandmother get up and I actually had to physically lift her instead of just giving her hand like usual. So when my mother was walking back to our table to tell us where to move to the cleaning girl who looked to be about the same age as the hostess, around 19-20 decided to give my mother and her manager her 2 cents and say “ I think you just intimidated her” as if it was any of her business to get involved in a situation that was totally unethical and where a customer was treated terribly. So my mother told the cleaning lady to mind her business and she I guess decided to tell her manager how to do his job and yelled to him “did you hear what she just said to me, at this point they should be kicked out and not served” because my family was placed in a broken booth knowingly with children and a senior. So at this point the manager had come to walk over to us again to say something to my mother about telling the cleaning lady to mind her business I spoke up and said “kicked out for wanting to sit in a booth that isn’t dangerous and uncomfortable for a 78 year old woman?” and he walked the other way."
"Food & service was good but the people in there all obnoxiously loud, drunk, people next to us on one side had loud rap music playing from their phone, they were loud, drunk, vaping, had very young kids & got their server & other servers loud & not sure if the servers were drunk but they all acting like it. People on other side interrupting our meal to talk to us about I don't even know what. My parents were not amused. The table we were seated at wasn't big enough for 3 adults & 2 teens when there was a large corner booth available at the time & later 2 people were seated at. Don't think I'll go back."
"When I got there, they told me the wait was going to be about 20 minutes, turns out only about 10 minutes. Our waitress was really nice. I ordered the shrimp chicken with mash potatoes. The food looked really good, but it had no flavor. I was very disappointed at the shrimp, anyway, it looked good, no flavor."
