"I was duped. The sneaker on display was the last one in my size. I found it’s box directly underneath along with 4-6 pairs of the same exact sneaker and nothing else. I specifically picked THIS style BECAUSE it was cheaper! At checkout, I noticed the sneakers rang up $10 more. The next day a manager politely did a price check and said this sign is for a different style. But I BOUGHT THE DISPLAY. There no other styles under that sign. This style was only under this sign. It wasn’t displayed anywhere else nor was there empty display where the shoe should have been. I had no reason to believe this sign belongs to a different shoe. It’s not like a customer oops where someone threw the shoe back in the wrong spot… the store is set up this way to scam you. Pretty sure this is illegal."
"The manager that works at DSW by the name of Kate, is far from helpful. She is always condescending to her customers and due to her attitude and lack of proper customer service, she makes me want to shop elsewhere. Not helpful at all, and always rude and has a bad attitude."
"Not a great selection of boots. It’s the same 3 styles with slight changes between each pair. The last few times I’ve been here there is employees standing around bad mouthing another employee or maybe a manager? and blocking an aisle while they have these conversations. Only one young girl was actually working and then running up to the register when I got in line."
