I tried to make adjustments and additions to the bike to make it work to no avail. When I contacted the shop, Jack was extremely understanding and he was able to swap the bike out for the same bike - correct size - and this was well over a reasonable time frame. I had the same bike disassembled, boxed and returned to manufacturer (which they did from their shop despite not being the seller) and I had a second bike serviced and upgraded. "They get the job done, they fix what you ask and there is free air at the front door of the store. They are pretty laid back and friendly in there. I definitely will bring my families bikes to them again. The only thing I wish is that they actually had affordable bikes in their store, the cheapest bike is like 700."
