"Very unprofessional, rude, and does a poor job. They had my car for 24 hours and "forgot" to do it. When they finally did do it, the next day, there were multiple places not even touched. I was also informed that pet hair removal is not included with the detail when they told me it was done. When I expressed my disappointment with the detail, they neglected to respond. After I gave a review on their Facebook page, they proceeded to send me a very rude and unprofessional text, stating and I quote "consider our service as a marriage and this is our divorce". There was no apology, no customer service. This was their one and only response to me. Don't waste your money! Wish I had seen the other reviews before going there."

"Not great with details. Inside my car, I had the seats washed and there was splashing marks all over the inside of my car that I didn't see til later. I had to point our other problems outside of car. New dent on top of door. Will never go there again! This was not a problematic day. It is their normal day so I can't support someone that doesn't do what I ask for and didn't address my concerns that I had expressed prior to doing the job. Really don't deserve even a star ...."
