They recommended that I should replace my tires due to dry rot. They were extremely accommodating, and asked me what my budget was without trying to upsell me. The tune only took two days and they had my bike back to me at a reasonable price for tires, tune and bar tape. They even helped me load my bike into the car. 100% recommended"

"I walked into the store to purchase two tubes for my old mountain bike and look at a New one on a Saturday at noon, there was one customer in the store. The man at the desk was too busy having idle conversation with him about nothing related to doing business, to even so much as look at me and acknowledge I was in the shop. No Hi ill be right with you, nothing. I paced back and forth waiting for five minutes before leaving and going to dicks sporting goods to purchase my tubes and order a new GT. Major fail on customer service."
