"Do not purchase seasonal ski rentals from this place! Their stuff is extremely dated and then they try to charge you for imperfections. Store clerk tried to tell me the poles were bent and that they were brand new when I received them. This is completely false. Their equipment is aged. In addition, I’ve never received brand new rentals. Rentals are expected to be used and not perfect. There is no reason they wouldn’t be able to rent these poles again. In fact, I can’t even notice said bend. He also tried to rent boots to my neighbor that were visibly cracked! He is trying to charge the customer for his atrocious equipment. I’ve rented skis for my kids for years and have never experienced this type of service. Sportsworks in Duxbury is a much better all around experience. I would’ve continued to rent with them if my son had not aged out of youth equipment."

"Fantastic service! Such great attention and customer service by John and Eileen. We came in and bought our young son a helmet, and signed him up for the Junior Lease program, which provides him with boots and skis for a whole season. If he outgrows them he can come back in and get them changed out. Came back to get our skis tuned up and ready for the season. And then recently bought new boots and skis for myself. They are absolutely great to deal with, and I highly recommend."
