"Went in to try on skates and they put me on the bauer fit machine and we figured out skates that would work for me, I really liked the new tech in the hyperlites and we got them out and tried them out, they were amazing after getting them heated up. I had a skate that night and used them and they were molded perfectly, I didn’t really miss a stride. Thanks to the guys for making it a quick and easy process!"

"Virgil saved the day! Sunday night my son had a hockey game and lost one of his helmet fasteners. Of course he has hockey the first thing Monday after school and I am under pressure to fix the helmet. I bought my son's helmet at Pure Hockey in October so I arrived with the helmet and receipt. Virgil tried to insert a new screw but the metal plate that allows the screw to fasten was damaged as well. The bad news; he needed a new helmet, the good news; the helmet is still under warranty; the bad news, they didn't have my son's helmet size and type in stock. Virgil looked up inventory at the Braintree and Burlington stores and came up empty at Braintree. I really didn't want to drive to Burlington (coming from the south shore) but was willing to do so in order for my son to play his game tonight. Virgil saved the day - he upgraded the helmet based on the cage cost I purchased in October so it was a wash. Better helmet, same color and perfect size! I was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes. Thanks again to Virgil! Superior customer"
