"When I came to this shop I was told this was a good place to purchase your first gun and they were wrong, I’m younger not old looking or, what they might consider a responsible adult from the way they treated and greeted me which is pretty sad because it’s seems like they only give good service to old timers or law enforcement. As I looked through the guns for my first purchase they all just stared at me until I started to ask some questions. He wasn’t really interested in helping or listening to what I had to say and just grabbed something telling me I should get it and made it seem like he just wanted me out of the store. You should treat your customers old young or whoever with the same respect you would want for your self, and also went in there again at some point to through the pandemic and he was trying to sell you ammo if you only bought a gun and one box only with your purchase. To me this doesn’t seem very reasonable and seemed like he was just trying to rip people off and control who can and who can’t buy ammo. To anyone wanting to do business with on target I would say save your time and go somewhere else if you want to be treated fair and with respect"

"Prices above average. Not accommodating And I see the owner has asked me underneath how this place was not accommodating. Here’s me reply, each time I had visited the store I was met by an employee who looked like he wanted to be anywhere but there and gave little to no help when the store was dead to begin with. I’m a firearm enthusiast and know quite a bit about them and there were several times where the employee was just flat out wrong about certain features or variations on particular guns. And lastly they wanted to consistently mention how they are competitive with their pricing when that was the furthest from the truth. Literally couldn’t recommend this place to anyone. So go ahead and take my review down if you can’t take the criticism you asked for, or leave it up and just try to put better effort into the shop and spend less time worrying about what people are saying in reviews."

"Funny i post a real experience and give my honest opinion of the situation and even responded to the owners irate response and the post gets deleted. I looked into how this could happen and it Seems the only way is if the business owner reports it as spam. Many other negative posts that were present at the time of mine are also now gone. Their rating went from a 3.5 a few months back to a 4 and have not had many reviews in that time with a few good and a few bad. Owner if this is what you are doing thats so shady and just wrong. Fix your problems instead of hiding by them. If it wasn’t you then no harm in me reposting my concerns. The summary of my original issue was they refused to do a simple gun transfer from a manufacture even though they advertise thas a service claiming it costs them a bunch to do it and they sell the type of gun i was transferring so why would they bother. The owner responded aggressively to my review and i told him i would update my post when he showed i was incorrect. I looked into this further and found the transfers are free for them and takes all of 5 minutes to do the paperwork so yeah. Some shady things going on here between my in store interactions and now reviews being taken down all over the place. I see lots of good reviews and the shop itself is nice stocked inside so take it how you will. This is just my own experience and now observations."

"DO NOT SHOP HERE!!They will lie to make a sale. Their website states they take returns within 10 days but they apparently don’t. When I went back to return something an older gentleman had no idea what I was talking about. (I went back to return the item they lied about). I even reached out via email and never heard back. Honestly, I should have read all the reviews. If you notice when a customer write’s something the owner doesn’t like, he attacks them verbally. A REAL BUSINESSMAN wouldn’t attack his customers, he would try to resolve the problem. This tactic shows his true ignorance. Save yourself and find another store to support with your business. Now lets hear from the deplorable ken….."

"I’m so happy that I came in today there were a few groups of people inside the shop when I arrived, but we were greeted as soon as we walked in. Everyone that works there is polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. They did not rush me and took the time to answer all my questions since this was my first time buying a gun. Went to other places and felt talked down too and they couldn’t be bothered, but not here! They even referred me to someone that will take me to a range and help me feel 100% comfortable with my new purchase and gave a reference for someone that handles FFL transfers for another gun I’m interested in. I’m so happy with my purchase and that I found these guys! Thank you for all your help and patience!"
