"Always a fantastic stop whenever I'm in the area. I always tend to get some type of surplus equipment while I'm there. They also have a lot of paddling and camping gear."
"Our family had a wonderful experience at Bananas in Wareham. We were traveling there from PA and wanted to purchase a kayak that would be well suited for our family with young kids. The manager, Austin VanHall went out of his way to answer all of our questions and to steer us to the very best kayak for our needs. The prices were very competitive and the expert advice made for a wonderful purchasing experience. We plan on stopping by again next year when we return to Cape Cod. Thanks Austin... we loved our experience at Bananas!"
"Great place, the people were very helpful bought kayaks them in the morning and then we were off"
"Awesome selection and great people. Thanks for all the help in selecting and delivering my new kayak. I love it!"
"Best in the region. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The selection is great. My only gripe is that it is not "vintage" nor "Surplus" as far as most of the products are concerned. Meaning, the products are mostly modern reproductions of clothing/boots/etc of the past. Not actual vintage surplus. however the store never makes this claim, just be aware of that going in. Otherwise, wonderful store and staff!"
