"I WENT TO THIS BUSINESS EXPECTING TO DROP OFF MY BIKE AS I NEEDED IT FOR AN EVENT I WAS IN. AFTER HEARING MY UNFORTUNATE STORY OF BAD LUCK THEY DROPPED WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND TOOK IT FOR A SHORT SPIN TO DETERMINE THE PROBLEM. I STILL THOUGHT I MAY BE LEAVING IT WITH THEM BUT TO MY SURPRISE THEY REPAIRED IT RIGHT AWAY FOR ME AND I WAS BACK IN BUSINESS. THEY ARE ALSO VERY INFORMATIVE IN REGARDS TO RIDING TECHNICALITIES. AWESOME GUYS !!!"

"Awesome customer service - on a Saturday I had a disc brake issue. Called & explained my situation - they quickly stated come on over & we will take a look. They took a look & stated let’s see if it is a quick repair or needs parts. The care, attention & knowledge were obvious from the start - 30 minutes later after two test rides by the owner/ Scott the bike was better than new. So appreciative & the price was very fair. Thank you so much - made my week in Westport!!! You all rock!!!"

"A truly amazing bike shop. Scott and Kevin are wonderful to work with. I purchased my Scott Genius from Scottee's and I couldn't be happier. I went in to test ride a bike that I had my sights set on and after riding it I was not that impressed. After asking me some questions about my ridings habits and bike preferences, Scott matched me up with the Genius 950 and it was love at first ride.
