"I purchased a video off your website where I was unable to access my video. I then was forced to download it because of technical issues on your website. Now when I try to get my refund because of medical issues, I was told it wouldnt be possible because I downloaded it. On may 4, 2023 @ 9:05pm (a couple hours later) i received an email that stated “Dear Nicolas, Our team was able to figure the issue out and it is now fixed. Please try your videos again and let me know. Thank you”. This claim that i couldnt access a video that i received because of issues on BJJFANATICS part caused me to now lose out on my refund. I then received a crazy reply back comparing the websites problems to a plane not working analogy. Absolutely ridiculous UPDATE: I then received an email saying I need to be patient. WELL EXCUSE ME, when i purchase a video I expect access to it 24/7 not 23/7. And you guys weren't able to provide that, because when I NEEDED the video, it was unaccessible without download, even AFTER i paid. I will definitely proceed with this complaint 100%. Ruining your name for a refund that should be completed, due to the websites problems, is a terrible way to run a business."
"I cannot get Customer Service to resolve my problem with the streaming of one of their products. The following is my most recent communication: Hello, This is my fourth communication, regarding an issue that remains unresolved. It's been close to twenty four hours, and I have not yet heard back from you. I want to reiterate that the freezings up of this video, in the same spot, continues cooccur for the third straight day. I would appreciate a response, and ,more importantly a resolution. To review: 1. I have used multiple devises 2. I have used multiple browsers 3. I have used multiple 4. I have upgraded my internet, and I've tried both my Verizon, and my phone's AT&T 5. I have cleared cache 6. This has occurred three days in a row 7. I have watched the video five or six times, in the past, and this never happened, any of those times 8. I have logged in and off of your site and my devices more times than I can count My suspicion is that there has been some contamination with the streaming of your product. Perhaps you should try to delete it off my account, and then re-enter it back. Again, it is the Gordon Ryan, "Attacking the Guard", video #5, at the 1:13:25 (or so) mark. Right now, I feel like you've made this my problem, thrown our some easy (for you) solutions, and have washed your hands of the issue. I'm asking you to take a deeper dive, and help resolve this issue. I've paid a lot of money for many, many of your products. Even if this was the only product I owned, I'd like to think that you are interested in repairing the problem. It might very well be that you need to refer my issue to someone with a greater technological knowledge of your service. If so, I'd appreciate hearing back form someone who can help me. I'm waiting for your response."
"Parcel showed up indicating I needed to pay 27 dollars for sales tax because order was worth 97 dollars. Paid less than that because of presidents sale , plus all other previous orders with DVD were valued at only 20 dollars on parcel. This amount should have been on this one as well because most of the cost is for the digital content not the DVD. I don't have to pay sales tax on the digital content only the DVD. Now I'm worried the same thing will happen next time."

When I click on my order—I can view the digital content. NBD but it is confusing since what I bought was digital content. Seems like the accessibility should be more fluid."
