"Ran over a nail and needed a quick repair, so went to my usual shop - VIP in Rochester. In spite of spending thousands over there in the last few years, they told me - I would have to come back tomorrow. For a 10 minute plug job. Next. Called Tire Warehouse and Emily answered and said "come right in, we will take care of you". They literally had me on the lift in 5 minutes, and 30 minutes later was on my way with a new patch, tire rotation and a new synthetic oil chanage. Joe the manager is a great guy and runs a fantastic shop. VIP lost a customer and thanks to Emily and Joe, Tire Warehouse just gained a new one. Thanks again."

"Fantastic full service location! Today is my third visit in 3 weeks with 3 different cars to get help on different issues. (Big family with multiple drivers). Each visit was different but every time the store has been busy. Joe (the manager) is very knowledgeable and funny and accommodating to everyone who enters this store. All the techs have been wonderful and professional as well. The window between the waiting area and the service bays is fascinating to be able to watch the techs work while you wait (or not if you want you can chat with other customers or look at your phone if you prefer). Each time I’ve been here I’ve seen people walk in and get 5 star service and help as soon as they could be accommodated regardless if they had an appointment or not. No one gets turned away. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Would highly recommend."
