"No one answers the phone. No shoes in regular men's size. Terrible selection in store. And and extremely long wait time when you order thru their app. I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers off the app about a month a go because the store didn't have the sneakers I wanted and they didn't have anything else I like in my size, so I ordered from the app and got my money taken and an email with a order # and a note saying I will receive another email with tracking information when the shoes actually ship. Almost a month later and still no tracking information on shipping at this point customer service won't respond to emails ( sent multiple weeks apart) and no one answers any of the phone #s online. I'm just hoping my shoes and up showing up eventually and aren't all damaged or the wrong size or anything because I don't every want to deal with Snipe again after this. Just beware when ordering from them thru the app it seems to take forever and no communication what so ever."

"Upper management is useless. After a situation I dealt with, I finally got sneakers exchanged at a different location. Jason Crane who's behind an email is insensitive, corrupt and totally prejudice/discriminatory. His customer service skills are lacking. Though my issue is resolved I am going to advocate for the lack of ownership and misinformation given at the store for future customers . In addition their business practices are NOT fair across the board and they do things for people they know/friends or when they want. My situation proves that among others."
