"We scheduled for 4/30 for a site eval for a replacement pool heater. We received a call to reschedule to 4/1 because the tech would be out on 4/30. On 4/29 we received a call to reschedule to 4/30 again. On 4/30, one hour into the 8am-12pm timeframe we received a call saying the tech called out and rescheduled for a 3rd time to 4/4. This appt. was also cancelled during the window of arrival. We will not be using this service."

"Had an excellent experience at this store. The guys there are very helpful and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond. Your associate Terrin carried my purchase to the car where do u get service like that anymore?"

"Horrible all around customer service. Ordered a 15x30 online to ship to store, arrived to the store after a associate said my package was there took the box home only to open it and it was a 50lb bucket of alkaline increases not a liner. Go back to the store and the associate tells me ordering online returns I can only do store credit! After going back and fourth calling the boss I got my money back but horrible experience. The 800 help frack number to Leslie doesn’t help anything either. Won’t be shopping here again for any needs."

"Speaking only on my experience, the young lady working was awesome. Was interested in a robotic pool cleaner for above ground pool. Like most I googled it found a few options in the range we wanted to spend. But always try to get some actual human interaction on something if possible. This clerk was knowledgeable and friendly. Explained in detail the differences between the options. Can't wait to get it in the pool(Polaris 7000)or as we call it JAWS. Have to check Polaris for the review on it."

"All new associates at this store and they are fantastic. The former manager and her crew at this store were impersonal and unprofessional but now that Diane and Everett are in this store I will absolutely shop here over any other store. Great customer service and very professional! If you had a bad experience in the past please give this store another attempt to assist you cause they have helped me greatly in the past few weeks and they know what they are taking about so your pool will be looking great after taking their advise!"
