"The store and dressing room were kept neat. Staff on the floor was very helpful in finding what I was describing. Dressing room staff was friendly. Although there was only one cashier at the time I was in line, she was patient and assisted me with checking out with issues for my discount and Old Navy Rewards redemption."

"I am a fan of Old navy T-shirts. They fit me perfectly and they are lightweight and pretty. I Love the fact that they come with graphics or just plain. Old Navy often got clearance and the delivery if you buy online is great."

"Do not shop at this store if you are a person of color. I was shopping yesterday with my daughter and the assistant manager with blond hair, approached us pretending to help us. After we was done and walked away, she tells the workers on the walkie " she was trying to get us to the register and we have tank tops in our hand" We was not done shopping. We have no reason to steal from the store. The lady did not treat anyone else like this in the store except for us. Overall it was a horrible shopping experience and we will not spend our hard earned money at this location ever again."

"Excellent summer selection and awesome sales. Staff went above and beyond to assist me as a customer both on the floor and in the dressing room. They were very informative of their sales and promotions. Staff were super kind and helpful, even after I mentioned I was not interested in opening a credit card at this time. Customer service is a big deal, and this North Dartmouth location has a great team currently. I want to especially thank Deb, Kendall, and Rita."
